0. Check eligibility requirements for subscriptions

If you are about to use any subscription apps, there are some eligibility requirements set by Shopify. Make sure you are an eligible store first

1. Create a subscription plan

To offer any kind of subscription on your store, you need to create a subscription plan for your products on Subify. Go to the "Subscription plans" tab on Subify, then click on the "Create subscription plan" button.

2. Check your subscription widget

After creating a plan, you can check the subscription widget that has been added to the product page by Subify.

If the widget hasn't been added to the product page after 1 minute, check out this article.

3. Customize the widget

You can customize the style or content of the widget to match the theme of the store better. Go to the "Widget" tab of Subify, select your preferred widget style, and click on the "Customize" button. You can ask our customer support to do the professional customization for you in minutes.

Place a test order

We recommend you place at least one test order during your subscription setup, or whenever you make changes to your payment settings.

By placing a test order, you can make sure that your checkout process and settings for order processing, inventory, shipping, email notifications, and taxes are all correct.

In all steps, if you have any questions, feel free to ask our customer support by clicking on our chat box from the bottom right corner of the app.
