With passwordless login, customers can access their customer portal without needing to sign into their Shopify account. To sign in, customers receive a secure four-digit code via email.

Passwordless login simplifies the process of accessing the customer portal. Provide customers with these instructions to log in using the passwordless login page:
Click on the portal link.
Enter the email address associated with your subscription/membership and click on Send:
You will receive a 6-digit authentication code by email:
Enter the 6-digit code in the modal to log in:
The 6-digit authentication code is valid for 2 minutes. If the code has not been used in 2 minutes, you need to request a new code by going through the login procedure again.
