The Subify merchant panel offers an intuitive interface that provides access to all the tools you need to manage your subscription business, accessible both on desktop and mobile browsers.

This article provides an overview of the features of the Subify merchant panel and tips for navigating the user interface.


Navigate the Merchant Panel

The Subify merchant panel features a persistent left-oriented navigation menu with several key sections that expand into further options. Upon logging into your Subify store, you’ll land on the Home page, where you’ll see your store’s stats, including active subscriptions, MRR, and helpful guides for getting started.

The following pages in the navigation menu give you access to Subify’s core features:

Home

The Home tab is where you start after logging in. It provides an overview of your store’s current performance. Additionally, the Home tab includes a section to request access to advanced analytics tools to get deeper insights into your subscription business.

Subscription Plans

In the Subscription Plans tab, you can create, manage, and customize your subscription offerings.

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions tab provides comprehensive details of all active, paused, canceled, or failed subscriptions. You can see detailed information on individual subscriptions by clicking on them and managing them.

Widget

The Widget tab allows you to configure and customize the subscription widget that appears on your product page or other pages on your store.

Customer Portal

In the Customer Portal tab, you can customize and configure the portal where your customers manage their subscriptions.

Settings

The Settings tab allows you to configure various aspects of your Subify account. It includes options to manage administrative settings, notifications, and more:

  • Notifications: Manage customer and merchant notifications for various subscription-related events, such as activations, payment failures, and cancellations.

  • Billing Management: Handle dunning management to retry failed payments and notify customers of payment issues.

  • Tag Management: Manage orders and customer tags to categorize and personalize your customer interactions.

  • Quick Checkout Link: Generate custom quick checkout links to allow customers to easily subscribe to your products with pre-set options.

  • Shipping: Set up shipping rates or free shipping for orders placed via subscription.

  • Account Language: Change the default language for your Subify panel.

  • Integrations: Configure and manage integrations with other apps and services.

  • Migration: Access tools to migrate from another subscription platform to Subify seamlessly.

Pricing

The Pricing tab displays the different Subify plans available to your store. Easily switch between different Subify plans depending on your business needs.

Help

The Help tab offers access to various resources and support options to ensure a smooth experience with Subify.
