Customers can choose their desired Billing/delivery frequency and get a discount.

Now that they have successfully subscribed to a product, they get charged automatically by Subify.

After each successful payment, an order will be created for the payment on your Shopify admin panel.

Now both you and the customers can manage subscriptions/memberships with Subify.
